I’ve have an incredible passion for making mechanical stuff. I have a bachelors and masters in Mechanical Engineering, with some direct focus on heat transfer. I have experience with heat exchangers, low energy design and construction, wood and metal fabrication, and solar and Cogen systems. When I came across the passive house building standard, I was hooked. It made perfect sense. From there, I became a Certified Passive House Consultant and I strive to get every building project I work on closer to a passive house. Making things work, making them work efficiently, making them economical, and making things practical- are all high on my list.
