The Passive House was built on 35 acres and we are constantly building paths and gardens to add to the beauty and uniqueness of the house and land.

The Passive House Inn is part of our home with a completely separate living quarter and driveway, much like a townhouse. We ask that you observe common courtesies while staying with us:

• If you plan to have more than 5 guests, please let us know
• No smoking inside.  Outside is fine with proper disposal 
• Lower noise levels between 10 pm and 7 am 
• No pets please

4733 Gun Club Road, Athens Ohio
Take state route 56 (heading west) out of Athens. Turn left on Hoover road. Hoover road is about 3 miles from the intersection of 56 and 682 leaving Athens. Hoover road will turn into Gun Club road after about half a mile. Continue on Gun Club road for another 2 miles. 4733 will be on the left, just past Llewellyn Road.
