Fired an earth tube ~ March 2, 2011

I cleaned out and fired up an earth tube. The end of my 8″ pipes were almost frozen solid with water??? Condensation from entry to the house – draining to the end, and freezing (i had a 90 elbow on the end with no holes). After melting that (blew air out of house – down tube)… i then hosed out the tube – and dumped a 5 gallon mix of bleach and water in it. Then put a fan blowing air in. Not much to report yet… but some good details of getting the tubes ready!
